When I first joined aKDPhi, it was because I wanted to expand my leadership skills and force myself to do something completely out of my comfort zone. Now, my “why aKDPhi” is all about the opportunities that this sorority has given me: the people that I have grown close to, the ability to travel to places I never would have imagined, and the leadership skills that I have gained. Without aKDPhi, I do not think it would have ever been possible for me to become the woman that I am today. With aKDPhi, I was able to find my voice, my very own identity, and another family.
