I’ve always been heavily involved in competitive sports. I have been a member of the cross country and track for FSU since my freshman year, however I never ran cross country or track until my senior year of high school. Before I came to college I had been a competitive swimmer since I was nine years old. When I am not training I enjoy reading a good book or spending time with my family.

I wanted to find my Asian community after I moved from Memphis, Tennessee when I was 17. I grew up surrounded by other Chinese Americans so when I went away to college I was determined to find my way back to my Asian culture.
