About Me
Hi I’m Marishka! I’m a first-year, born and raised in South Florida. My parents both work in aviation, so I love to travel and have had the unique opportunity to see so many amazing places so far in my life. I recently got back from studying abroad in London with FSU IP! I have two doggies at home named Beanie and Bailey, and they’re the best girls ever. I also love the performing arts, shopping at Trader Joe’s, and I’m a major yapper.
Future aspirations
I hope to one day work in Political Journalism, possibly as a commentator for a broadcasting company.

When returning from studying abroad, I was looking to find a sense of community on such a large campus. Everyone was so welcoming, and I felt excited to be a part of a space with people of similar cultural backgrounds and an uplifting, supportive environment.
